We want you to be satisfied with your treatment and meet your expectations of care and service and we will resolve any complaints as efficiently, effectively and politely as possible.
All complaints will be dealt with confidentiality and with the upmost respect. We will never discriminate against patients who have made a compliant and are happy to answer all questions. All complaints will be handled in line with the Glen Clinics Complaints’ policy.
If you have a complaint you please speak to a member of staff carrying out your treatment or you can contact the clinic manager if you are not happy with your treatment or service as well, please let us know asap, either by phone, email or in person to Carolyn Fraser, the clinic manager email email@example.com or Tel 0141 638 4098.
We will acknowledge it in writing within 3 working days and will aim to provide a full response in writing, as soon as practical.
A written response will be provided 20 working days of receipt of complaint, unless more time is required to investigate, and a new timescale will be provided.
Once the investigation has been completed, you will be informed of its outcome in writing. We will make our response clear, address your concerns as best we can. You will be invited to a meeting to discuss the results and any practical solutions that we can offer to you.
We always welcome your feedback, comments, suggestions and complaints. If you are dissatisfied with our response to a complaint you can take it further.
Healthcare Improvement Scotland are our regulators for independent healthcare services across Scotland and can accept complaints at any time -
