I am a Speciality Breast Doctor and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I had my first baby in 2014 and was struck by how limited breastfeeding knowledge and support was. Many of my friends sadly said the same things, that they would get inconsistent and sometimes wrong advice making those early weeks harder than they needed to be. This started me on a path of education, voluntarily supporting families as a breastfeeding counsellor and later as a private lactation consultant, alongside my NHS practice. I continue to run a community breastfeeding support group in Glasgow, and offer voluntary support. I also form part of many committees looking to improve infant and maternal health outcomes.

 Krisztina Fazekas BSc (Hons), Lic Ac, MBAcC is a licensed Five Element & Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncturist based in Glasgow.

The aim of her treatments is to underpin the root cause of any imbalance so that the equilibrium of body, mind & spirit can be gently restored & maintained. As Krisztina brings the individual into a state of rest & recuperation that will enable alignment with one’s own thoughts, feelings & actions, they are able to reconnect to their authentic nature, & therefore symptoms should ease, allowing individuals to thrive & become the best version of themselves.

Krisztina has a special interest in understanding how people’s internal worlds - especially their emotions – affect their physical & psychological health. Through the integration of Five Element Acupuncture and TCM, she is able to help patients with an exhaustive list of ailments: from stress & anxiety, gynaecological disorders, fertility, tiredness & insomnia, gut disorders, physical pain to chronic disease. Some of the other common complaints individuals typically seek help with are: Headaches, migraines, skin disorders, asthma, hay fever, cystitis, addictions, depression, sweating, muscular pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia. Treatments currently offered are: Five Element & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture, Five Element Facial Enhancement Acupuncture & Gua Sha Therapy.

Giovanni: I’m Dr. Giovanni Sambiagio, an enthusiastic ENT surgeon that recently developed a passion for aesthetic & medical skin treatment. I have done my medical school and completed my training in my beautiful hometown Cagliari & then I moved in Scotland where I had the chance to work in the ENT department. In 2021 I started my post as ENT Specialty Doctor (SAS). Since 2019 I am also officially enrolled in the Otolaryngology ENT Specialty Register. I’m currently the co-director of NuovoForm Ltd medical aesthetic company. Since I started my training under ICT my passion for aesthetic medicine started getting bigger &, after having successfully attended my foundation training course, I’m now pending to attend the advanced training. As a surgeon working for the NHS I’m committed in providing my patients with high standards treatment only and I’m fully focused in delivering the best service in between pre- and post- aesthetic medicine treatment.

Josh: I grew up in Perth, Scotland before moving to Dundee to study my Bsc (Hons) degree in pharmacology with neuroscience at the university of Dundee. Following this I moved to Aberdeen to complete my medical degree at the University of Aberdeen. 

After graduating I began my medical career in Glasgow, working in most of the local hospitals within the Glasgow and Lanarkshire areas. 

I had considered a career in ENT surgery & took up a year long post within this area which is where I first met Gio. It was also around this time  I first started to undertake medical aesthetics work  (Jan 2020) which was unfortunately cut short by the Covid pandemic. 

I subsequently entered specialty training for General Practice and now that my training in this area is nearly complete, I am able to focus on  pursuing my interests in aesthetic medicine once again.
